Haim Elmoznino
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Elmoznino has served as Chairman of the company since October 2019. He serves as CEO of Taavura Engineering Projects. He previously served as CEO of Israel Post Company, CEO of Delek Retail and Senior Deputy CEO at Delek - Israel Fuel Company. Mr. Elmoznino is C.P.A. (Isr.) and holds a BA with honors in Accounting and Economy from Tel Aviv University.
Roni Meninger
Director
Ms. Meninger has served as a Director in the company since October 2018. CEO of Geo Teva Consulting- consultant in the following areas: Strategy, Development, Marketing, for companies and startups in Israel and abroad, Mentoring. Serves as Director in Kafrit industries and Albaad. Previously served as CEO of industrial companies for over 20 years. 17 years of active participation in the Manufactures Association of Israel. Ms. Meninger holds BSc and MBA from the Hebrew university.
Zvika Greenfeld
Director
Mr. Greenfeld has served as a director of the company since February 2014. Before that he was the chairmen of Alon Gas Exploration Management. Served as Delek Drilling Management’s CEO for 17 years. He had been an active member of the gas discoveries (Yam Tethys, Tamar and Leviathan) and was involved in the developing of Yam Tethys and Tamar fields. Previously served in a variety of management roles as Chairman of the board, Director and CEO in various related companies of Delek Group, including Delek US. Holds a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and M.B.A in business administration from Tel Aviv University
Ofer Kotler
Director
Mr. Kotler has served as a director of the company since February 2019 and Chairman of Alon Israel Oil Company Ltd. since January 2018. Ofer Kotler previously served as the CEO of Shikun & Binui Holding group, and Chairman of the Board of Shikun & Binui’s subsidiaries. Prior to joining Shikun & Binui, Kotler served as CEO of Danya Cebus and also served as CEO of Derech Eretz C.J.V and as its VP of Business Development. Kotler graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.

Amir Hayek
External Director
Mr. Hayek has served as a director of the Company since May 2019. He previously served as the Director General of the Ministry of Industry & Trade, Director General of the Israel Export Institute, President of Tescom Ltd, President & C.E.O. of Electronics Line 3000 Ltd, Director General of the Manufacturers Association of Israel and Director General of the Presidency of the Israel Business Sector. He serves as The President of the Israel Hotel Association and as the Chairman Of ELA, Israel’s Recycling Corporation. He also serves as a director at Fattal Holdings Ltd. Mr. Hayek is C.P.A. (Isr.) and holds a BA in Accounting and Economy from Tel Aviv University.
Yair Keusch
External Director
Mr. Keusch has served as a director of the company since May 2019. Previously served as a director of Delek Energy, which deals with the exploration and production of Oil and Gas projects. Served as external director and head of the audit committee of HOT-Telecommunication Systems. Previously he served as CFO of Delek Co. and as director in many of its subsidiaries and affiliate companies, including Amisragas. Holds a B.A. in economics and M.B.A in business administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
